Privacy Policy
Effective Date: 2026-05-05
This privacy policy applies to the Memor More app (the "Application") for mobile devices, developed by Anatolii Valeev ("Service Provider", "we", "us", or "our") as a Freemium service. The Application is provided "AS IS".
Summary
We designed Memor More to work without collecting personally identifiable information (PII). We do not ask for your name, address, phone number, precise location, or other directly identifying data. The information described below is limited to what is necessary to operate the Application, process subscriptions through Apple/Google, prevent abuse, and improve the product.
What information does the Application collect?
Information you provide. The Application does not require you to create an account or provide PII to use it. If you contact us by email, we will receive the email address and contents you choose to share.
Information collected automatically. The Application may collect limited technical and usage information, including:
- Device type, model, and operating system version
- A non-persistent device identifier used by analytics and crash reporting
- Approximate IP-derived region (country/city), used for analytics and abuse prevention; we do not store full IP addresses
- In-app events such as feature usage, session length, and crash diagnostics
- Subscription and purchase metadata (transaction identifier, product identifier, purchase status) provided by Apple App Store, Google Play, or RevenueCat — payment card details are never seen or stored by us
This information is not linked to a real-world identity by us.
Does the Application collect precise real-time location?
No. The Application does not request or collect precise GPS location. Approximate, IP-derived region may be inferred by analytics services for aggregate reporting only.
Does the Application use Artificial Intelligence (AI)?
The Application includes optional AI-powered features that you explicitly invoke (for example, generating study material from prompts you write). When you trigger one of these features:
- Only the content you submit to that specific feature is sent to our AI providers for processing.
- We do not include PII in AI requests, and we instruct you not to include PII in the content you submit.
- AI providers process the request to return a result and do not use your inputs to train their models, per our agreements with them.
- No background, automatic, or passive sending of your data to AI services occurs.
If you do not use AI features, no data is sent to AI providers.
Subscriptions and payments
The Application offers auto-renewing subscriptions. All payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We never receive your payment card, bank, or billing-address information. We use RevenueCat to receive and manage subscription status (active/expired, product identifier, transaction id, anonymized user id). See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
Third-party services
The Application uses third-party services that have their own privacy policies governing how they handle data:
- Google Analytics for Firebase
- Firebase Crashlytics
- RevenueCat
- AI providers used for the optional AI features described above
We share with these providers only the data needed for them to perform the function for which they are engaged, under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
Disclosures required by law
We may disclose information:
- to comply with a subpoena, court order, or other legal process;
- when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
- to trusted service providers acting on our behalf and bound by these privacy obligations.
App Tracking Transparency (iOS)
The Application does not track you across apps and websites owned by other companies for advertising purposes. We do not present an App Tracking Transparency prompt because we do not engage in such tracking.
International data transfers
We are based outside the EU/EEA and UK. Our service providers (including Firebase and RevenueCat) may process data in the United States and other countries. Where personal data of EU/EEA, UK, or Swiss residents is transferred, our providers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights (GDPR — EU/EEA, UK, Switzerland)
If you are located in the EU/EEA, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the right to:
- request access to information we hold about you;
- request correction of inaccurate information;
- request deletion of information ("right to be forgotten");
- request restriction of, or object to, processing;
- request data portability;
- withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent;
- lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
The legal bases on which we process information are: (a) performance of the contract with you (operating the Application and your subscription), (b) our legitimate interests in securing the service, preventing abuse, and improving the product, and (c) consent, where required (for example, certain analytics in some jurisdictions).
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below.
Your rights (CCPA / CPRA — California residents)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and the purposes for doing so;
- request deletion of personal information we have collected from you;
- correct inaccurate personal information;
- opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information;
- limit use of "sensitive personal information";
- non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.
We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA, and we have not done so in the preceding 12 months. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors under 16.
To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below. We will verify your request to the extent required by law.
Opt-out and deletion
You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application. You may also email us at [email protected] to request deletion of any data associated with your device. We will respond within a reasonable period and within statutory time limits where applicable. Some information may be retained as required by law (for example, transaction records for tax purposes).
Data retention
We retain automatically collected information for up to 24 months and thereafter may retain it only in aggregated, non-identifiable form. Subscription transaction records are retained for the period required by tax and accounting laws.
Security
We implement physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the limited information we process, including access controls and encryption in transit. No system can guarantee absolute security, and we cannot warrant against all possible breaches.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date". Your continued use of the Application after the change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
How do you give your consent?
By using the Application, you consent to the processing of information as described in this Privacy Policy.
